We collect the minimum data needed to respond to your enquiry and to keep this site working. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models. Contact happens through our governed channel, never through personal accounts.

• Enquiry data you submit through our contact form: name, email, company and the message you write.
• Aggregate, non-identifying interaction events (for example, which section of a page was opened) used to understand what content is useful.
• Local browser preferences (for example interface settings you toggle), stored on your device only.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal, when you ask for one.
• To operate, secure and improve the site.
• For nothing else. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where a lawful basis is required, we rely on your consent (when you submit the form) and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Enquiry data is kept only while the conversation is active or as required by law or an agreed contract. Interaction events are kept in aggregate form. We delete what we no longer need.

Our infrastructure may process data in more than one country. Where your law requires safeguards for international transfers, we apply them and can tell you which ones on request.

Access to enquiry data is restricted to the operator of the studio. Infrastructure is maintained with access controls, monitoring and backups. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe something went wrong, tell us and we will investigate.

Send your request through our governed contact channel and we will respond within a reasonable time, and within any statutory deadline that applies to you.
